I’m Irene Chu. I’m the creator behind A Joyful Life—a passion project of mine that I hope one day turns into a wellness brand. I’m currently based in Budapest, Hungary. I’m an avid learner of mindfulness, positivity, purposeful living, and holistic well-being with a dash of marketing. 😉

Why did I start A Joyful Life?

I wanted to create a small space on the internet with the hope of adding value to the world—a space where people can learn more about what living a joyful life is all about, what it isn't about, and, more importantly, how to live in a state of joy. Because living in a state of joy is a skill. You can learn to be joyful. It takes conscious effort, but the more you practice, the more natural it becomes. Finally, I learned on my journey that true fulfillment comes from being of service to the world.
