As for the second tip—dry brushing the body—it's a bit challenging for me right now since I have to quickly shower after giving my son a bath. Sometimes he doesn't want to stay in the bath tub for too long. However, I'm already doing the third tip! Having a cup of warm water after waking up feels so refreshing.
